Relax and Renew is a monthly yoga class designed to nourish the body from within and let go of the stresses of everyday life. We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time out to rest completely. Relax and Renew yoga helps us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely.
The class includes gentle stretching, breathing exercises, supported poses and a deep relaxation using some Yoga Nidra techniques to promote calmness and clarity.
Numbers are limited to 8 so please book in advance to secure a place.
Relax and Renew yoga classes are held on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.15am – 11.30am in St Faith’s Parish Hall.
